2. Static Control: Viscose fiber has a high resistivity and is prone to static electricity (especially in dry environments). This can be addressed by adding a small amount of conductive fiber (such as stainless steel) to the blend or applying an antistatic agent during finishing.
3. Color Difference Management: Polyester and viscose have significant differences in dye uptake rates, requiring precise control of dyeing temperature and time to avoid localized color shifts (using a computerized color matching system is recommended).
